4. No exchanges, refunds or adjustments.
5. Everyone is responsible for their own merchandise.
6. All sales subject to sales tax unless exemption certificate furnished.
7. Everything must be paid for in full immediately before removal.
8. Complete removal of items sold at this auction is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Removal time only as specified.
9. Announcements by Auctioneer on day of sale supersedes any prior printed matter.
