Purchase Information
For Furniture
To purchase anything from our site, please call
our store at (518) 226-0163. If you are in the
area, simply stop by our store. Furniture and other antiques featured on our
site are at the store. All other orders are by phone only. No e-mail orders,
please. Also, please keep in mind that all sales are final and that items
are sold as is.

Accent Pieces:
When ordering your custom-made furniture pieces, please allow four- six weeks
before shipment. See shipping options below. Also, we ask for a minimum 50 percent deposit on all items. All sales are final.
We also gladly accept personal checks,
however, orders will not be shipped until checks have cleared.
Dean’s will deliver any item within a
100-mile radius of Malta, New York. If you live outside the shipping radius or need to make special
arrangements, please call the store and ask for Dean.
Orders by personal check will ship within 10 days or sooner
depending on when the check clears. We will mail, fax or e-mail (your choice)
a copy of your invoice when the item ships.
Dean’s will ship smaller items via UPS and
charge according to their standard weight/zone shipping rates. Larger items
will require special consideration. Please call the store and ask for Dean
for details.
In all cases, Dean’s Antiques is not
responsible for items damaged during shipment. We strongly encourage customers
to purchase adequate insurance from the shipping agent to cover unforeseen
loss or damage.
All dealers interesting in buying from Dean’s
Antiques must speak with Dean to receive specifics on how to
qualify for dealers’ discounts.
